FIRST LOOK: One of the most highly anticipated shows expecting to make its long awaited debut this Fall is the new Tom Kitt, Michael Kore, and James Lapine musical musical Flying Over Sunset. We are so happy to share with you the all new b-roll footage of the show in action. It was filmed on the stage of the Vivian Beaumont at Lincoln Center Theater while still in its initial tech rehearsals prior before the plug on the production due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As we may know, FLYING OVER SUNSET only performed 1 performance…. it’s private Invited Dress Rehearsal. The show was initially scheduled to begin previews on March 12th, 2020 which turned out to be the day Broadway shut down. After a rough intermission of 19 1/2 months, this show is coming back to finally have its public audiences.
FLYING OVER SUNSET is set to finally begin its preview performances for the public at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre on November 11th, 2021. The official Opening Night will be December 13th, 2021. It will run for a strictly limited engagement.
Today is also a very exciting day as the company has reunited to begin rehearsals for this 2nd chance start. Plus, full casing has been revealed. Under the direction of James Lapine and choreography by Michelle Dorance, majority of the cast is still expecting to be the same as it was prior to the shutdown consisting of….
Tony nominee Harry Hadden-Paton as “Aldous Huxley”,
Tony nominee Carmen Cusack as “Clare Boothe Luce”,
Tony nominee Tony Yazbeck as “Cary Grant”,
Michele Ragusa in the dual roles of “Betsy Drake” and “Ann Clare Austin”,

Emily Pynenburg in the dual roles of “Sophia” and “Sophia Loren”,

Kanisha Marie Feliciano who replaces Erika Henningsen in the dual roles of “Ann Clare Brokaw” & “Judith”,

Nehal joshi who replaces Jeremy Kushnier in the dual roles of “Dr. Harrington” and “Mr. Grant”,
In case anyone may not remember or know what FLYING OVER SUNSET is all about, this work of fiction show tells the tale of 3 notable historical figures….. Aldous Huxley, Clare Boothe Luce, and Cary Grant. At a crossroads in their life, they meet realizing that they all experimented with the drug LSD (short for Lysergic acid diethylamide). In addition, they embark a journey and confront the mysteries of their lives and their world.

Longtime WICKED Broadway Ensemble member Lindsay Northern Bradshaw to depart this Halloween after 13 YEARS!!

BREAKING NEWS: It has just been announced that long running WICKED Ensemble Broadway cast member Lindsay Northern-Bradshaw has announced her departure from the long running Stephen Schwartz blockbuster after 13 YEARS. Her final performance at the Gershwin Theatre is set for Halloween itself on October 31st, 2021.
The actress took to her family YouTube channel FRAMILY TRAVEL to share the news with all the viewers. She shared her thoughts saying its time to move on plus spending more quality time with her family. We know for sure Northern-Bradshaw will eventually be back on Broadway with something and will do many more projects to come.
Lindsay Northern-Bradshaw made her Broadway debut with Wicked in 2008 where she stayed with the production ever since. She appeared in the show every night as part of the Ensemble. Plus, she also served as the 2nd cover / understudy for the role of the POPULAR “Glinda” going on various times.
Wishing you so much happiness and an exciting future ahead. Enjoy the last few days of your final days in THE MERRY OLD LAND OF OZ….. FOR GOOD. We will miss you.

ONCE UPON A ONE MORE TIME will finally have its long awaited debut in our nation’s capitol of Washington D.C. at the Shakespeare Theatre Company beginning next month. It will from November 29th, 2021 – January 2nd, 2022.
This show was initially slated to have its world premiere out-of-town tryout in Chicago at the James M. Nederlander Theatre and then come to Broadway’s Marquis Theatre all in 2020. However, the production was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We know this show will be a promising feel good fun time and of course celebrating the legacy of Britney Spears….. We gotta also show our support as well….. #FreeBritney

FIRST LOOK: Grammy Award winner Jennifer Nettles (last seen in Chicago) is about to wow Broadway audiences once again from being a MERRY MURDERESS to now baking some of the most delicious pies as the new leading lady of the strictly limited engagement revival of Waitress this week.
We are so happy to share with you a new promo photo that has been released of the acclaimed country singer in costume as pregnant pie maker “Jenna Hunterson”.
Nettles first performance as “Jenna” in WAITRESS replacing Sara Bareilles (who plays her final performance TODAY) is set for this Tuesday night, October 19th, 2021 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. She will play a month long run through November 24th, 2021. She joins the cast the same day as a previously announced lineup of new cast members joining consisting of…..
Acclaimed stage and screen star Erich Bergen (best known for appearing in the film version of Jersey Boys and on TV’s Madam Secretary) will return to the Diner playing the first of 2 limited engagement stints and temporary replacing Drew Gehling as the hottest doctor in town….. “Dr. Pomatter”.
