WHO ARE YOU NOW!!! Broadway is ready to MARCH ITS BAND OUT with the highly anticipated long awaited revival of
Funny Girl. More details have been made for BOTH casting and the official Theater set for its run.
Under the direction of Tony winner Michael Mayer (based on its critically acclaimed 2015 London revival) of the classic Jule Styne, Bob Merrill, and Isobel Lennart will feature an unforgettable all-star cast.
Joining the previously announced Golden Globe nominee Beanie Feldstein (Broadway’s Hello, Dolly and the film
Booksmart) in the titular role of THE GREATEST STAR herself “Fanny Brice” will include….
Jeff Award winner Jared Grimes (Broadway’s A Soldier’s Play and
After Midnight) as the sarcastic and supportive song and dance man himself “Eddie Ryan”,
5 time Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch (last seen on Broadway in
Annie) returning to this legendary score after previously singing and hearing it on
Glee….. this time, she will appear in the musical 8 times a week in the role of the smart, clever, tough, and humorous housekeeping mother of “Fanny” herself “Mrs. Brice”.
FUNNY GIRL will be coming to Broadway’s August Wilson Theatre (current home of
Pass Over and following the limited encore engagement of
Slave Play).
Previews will begin March 26th, 2022 and will have its official Opening Night on April 24th, 2022.

a month long run in San Francisco, CA,

wrapping up for the new year in Los Angeles, CA.
Talks were also made for the production to return to Broadway for a limited engagement after the success of its 2019 run. No word has been made for all that at this time.

BREAKING NEWS: Due to slowly continuing to take ongoing COVID-19 safety protocols with cases rising here and there, it has just been announced that the upcoming
Disney Princess: The Concert Tour (formerly The
Broadway Princess Party) has cancelled all its performances for the Fall of 2021.
However, the tour will still be happening but you have to wait till the beginning of 2022. As of now, it’s set to kick off in February 2022 out in Enid, OK before making its way to the following cities across North America….

Rainbow Sun Productions will be presenting a ONE NIGHT ONLY concert next month. It will be held at New York’s
Feinstein’s/54 Below on November 10th, 2021 at 9:45pm. It will serve as a benefit for
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
