Many of this year's critically acclaimed shows have most recently and are gearing up to close later this summer. The reason why is because the productions failed to impress an audience and no one is filling the seats…. yup disappointing low ticket sales. Because of all this, many producers and investors behind some of these great productions are set to loose $100 Million. What A Shame!!! Thoughts?

One of the most talked about upcoming films scheduled to be released this summer is Disney's live action / photorealistic computer-animated remake of one of the groundbreaking films we all grew up loving…. The Lion King. The soundtrack for the new film has been released today digitally and physical copies will be released on July 19th, 2019 (the same day that the new remake will be released).
The soundtrack features new renditions of the iconic Elton John, Tim Rice, and Lebo M songs we all grew up loving sung by a full all-star cast including the voice talents of….
Award winning singer and actor Donald Glover as "Adult Simba",
Recording artist JD McCrary as "Young Simba",
Award winning singer and actress Beyonc? as "Nala",
Oscar and Olivier Award winner Chiwetel Ejiofor Obe as "Scar",
Emmy nominee Billy Eichner as "Timon",
Golden Globe and Emmy nominee Seth Rogen as "Pumbaa",
The Lion King – Musical on Broadway alumni Shahadi Wright Joseph reprising her stage performance for the big screen as "Young Nala",
Florence Kasumba, Keegan-Michael Key, and Eric Andre as the laughing hyenas themselves "Shenzi", Kamari (in place of Banzai), and Azizi (in place of "Ed"),
and more.
In addition, some of the original recordings from the 1994 film have been recycled for the new 2019 remake of the iconic film including Lebo M's famous opening chant that starts the film. Meanwhile, the voice for the opening song "Circle of Life" will be sung by Lindiwe Brown MkhiZe (former "Rafiki" in the stage production of The Lion King both on the National Tour and London's West End).
