Vosk is considering it as a PAY IT FORWARD moment. Even the last few years, Jessica is sharing her inspirational story with people in motivating the new generation of Broadway talents.

Get those vocal chords ready and of course as they say…. HOW DO YOU GET TO CARNEGIE HALL? PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!
Jessica Vosk’s Carnegie Hall solo show debut is called MY GOLDEN AGE. Under the direction of Tony winner
Warren Carlyle, Musical Direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell, and accompanied by a small orchestra, MY GOLDEN AGE will showcase Vosk’s breathtaking powerhouse vocal chops paying tribute to the artists that inspired her journey from Wall Street to Broadway. She will do songs from

Stephen Sondheim,
Burt Bacharach, and
Stephen Schwartz (yup, you can expect some WICKED tunes as well). Along with the TikTok winner, Vosk will also be joined by special guests Tony and Emmy winner

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WELCOME BACK TO THE MOULIN ROUGE!! SO EXCITING, THE AUDIENCE DID STOMP AND CHEER indeed before it even all began. Get your tissues ready as the cast of the 14 time Tony nominated
Moulin Rouge took the stage for the very first time on Broadway in 18 1/2 months.
From the stage of the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, here is footage of that legendary opening moment as show’s single Tony nominated leading actor and Broadway heartthrob Aaron Tviet as struggling bohemian writer “Christian” makes her first entrance. The sold out crowd goes WILD erupting into a thunderous standing ovation. At the moment of hitting his first mark, the snaps and the curtain rises on those sexy CAN CAN girls once more at the top of the show’s opening number LADY MARMALADE.
For those who have never seen MOULIN ROUGE, the show actually begins as soon as soon as you enter the Theater. To get us into the mood of the show, the cast are already on stage part of the pre-show experience welcoming you into the legendary Parisian nightclub itself. They warm up. They interact with audience members. You never know what you can expect. When “Christian” (Tviet) walks onto the stage and hits a certain cue, the actual performance begins.
How SPECTACULAR, SPECTACULAR was that?!!!

YOU OUGHTA KNOW!!! Former
Jagged Little Pill standout cast member Nora Schell came forward today about that rough time of hell in the Tony nominated and Grammy winning musical. While the production was originally in previews back in the Fall of 2019, they explained about how BOTH the creative team and the show’s stage management FORCED them to postpone a surgery to receive treatment for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. With the postponed, it caused Schell to feel horrible. Check out the story right below.
Schell will NOT be returning to JAGGED LITTLE PILL when it reopens at the Broadhurst Theatre on October 18th, 2021.
In addition to Schell, the show’s Tony nominated original cast member Celia Gooding also revealed the other main reason she also departed the production with the news recently going on with the show’s controversial backlash in what it has done to the trans and non-binary community.

Today is going to be an amazing day and here’s why; because, today, the film adaptation of the Award winning groundbreaking musical
Dear Evan Hansen is released today in Theaters. Even after a extremely rough 18 1/2 months, this powerful story finally makes the big jump from our Theater scene to the Big Screen. This story is truly the ultimate celebration of the underdogs and celebrating those to let their voices be heard.
Under the direction of Stephen Chbosky. the film stars…..
the musical’s original star
Ben Platt reprising his Tony Award winning performance as the title role of “Evan Hansen” himself,
Oscar, Emmy, and Golden Globe winner
Julianne Moore as “Heidi Hansen”,
Golden Globe nominee Kaitlin Dever as “Zoe Murphy”,
Colton Ryan as “Connor Murphy” (a part he previously understudied in the Broadway production),
Acclaimed actor and comedian Nik Dodani as “Jared Kleinman”,
Danny Pino as “Larry” (who is now updated as the stepfather of “The Murphy Family”).
It features all the beloved Tony and Grammy winning songs by
Pasek and Paul. In addition, there are 2 new ones written for the film which promises to make audiences an emotional mess. Ironically, speaking of the score….. the film’s soundtrack is also available today…. both for digital and physical copies.
If anyone who enjoys the film version, we know this will get more audiences to come and see the stage version of DEAR EVAN HANSEN as it prepares to return this Fall. Our very own New York company will reopen at Broadway’s Music Box Theatre starting December 11th, 2021. Meanwhile, the London company reopens at the Noel Coward Theatre starting October 26th, 2021. From there, the North American National Tour will re-kick off December 7th, 2021 in Greensboro, NC before traveling to more than 30 cities across both the USA and and Canada.
WORDS FAIL to describe our excitement. Once again, we seriously cannot wait to go WATCH, WATCH, WATCHIN’ this movie at our local movie Theaters. We know it will inspire us once again that even in the toughest times, YOU WILL BE FOUND.
Congrats to the full cast, crew, creative team, and everyone involved.
See DEAR EVAN HANSEN: THE MOVIE in a Theater near you.
