ON THE MARQUEE: LIGHTS UP on another Lin-Manuel Miranda hot ticket heading for THE GREATEST CITY IN THE WORLD. While developing his debut breakout show In the Heights and long before Hamilton, the Award winning composser, writer, actor, singer, and rapper was part of unique improvisational hip hop and rapping called Freestyle Love Supreme. And now, they're heading for Broadway this Fall. Today, Broadway's Booth Theater put up right outside the all new front of house billboard.
FREESTYLE LOVE SURPREME makes their way to the Great White Way for a strictly limited engagement. Previews begin September 13th, 2019, Opening Night is October 2nd, 2019, and will run till January 5th, 2019.

ON THE MARQUEE: We have 5 1/2 months left of some of those delicious pies served Broadway style…. we are talking about the sad closing of the Tony and Grammy nominated smash hit Waitress the Musical. The front of house billboard outside the Brooks Atkinson Theatre has been updated with that sad closing notice and also the news with the show's latest leads Allison Luff and Mark Evan's who took over as "Jenna" and dr. Pomatter".
The Broadway company of WAITRESS will be CLOSING UP shop on January 5th, 2020. After the last pie is served, the show will have played 33 previews and 1,544 regular performance.

ON THE MARQUEE: Earlier this week, Boston Conservatory at Berklee graduate Gabrielle Carrubba made her Broadway Debut as the new fulltime "Zoe Murphy" in the Broadway company of the Tony and Grammy winning smash hit Dear Evan Hansen. Get a look at the updated front of house billboard of Gabrielle outside the Music Box Theatre. Congrats Gabrielle. How exciting is this?

ON THE MARQUEE: Sold out screaming fans are making their way to the most SPECTACULAR, SPECTACULAR show on the Great White Way right now that is Moulin Rouge The Musical now in previews.
The front of house billboards outside Al Hirschfeld Theatre is getting a little makeover getting the audiences into the spirit of the show as soon as you step inside…. you can recognize the famous L'AMOUR sign (from the 2001 Oscar winning film) up on the windows.
MOULIN ROUGE officially opens on July 25th, 2019.

ON THE MARQUEE: HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN indeed as the Broadway company of Beautiful – The Carole King Musical welcomes back Jessica Keenan Wynn to the role of singer-songwritter "Cynthia Weil". The performer (who also appeared in Heathers – The Musical and recently on screen as "Young Tanya" in Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again) begins her first performance back in the Tony and Grammy winning hit tonight. Check out the updated front of house billboard of Wynn in costume back outside the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.
The show's most recent "Cynthia Weil" herself Kara Lindsay took her final bow this past Sunday, July 30th, 2019 before a maternity leave of absence. Lindsay and her hubby Broadway performer Kevin Massey are expecting their first child this Fall.
